What Can You Eat On AIP?
You’ll want to get organic food whenever you go shopping. Mass produced food in grocery stores is covered in pesticides and other toxins that will harm you. Most of the pesticides used in produce are actually deep inside the fruit or vegetable, which means you can’t just wash it off.
Eating high quality foods will make you feel more energetic, and clear minded. Suddenly your mood swings, fatigue, breakouts, rashes etc. will start to fade away. Start with these items:
